Retuns and Exchanges Policy

At Macaw, we strive to offer you only the best products to make you 100% happy with your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied simply return your order in the condition you received it and we will offer you an exchange or return. See below for further details:

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Macaw will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method if your refund is approved. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
If you are returning your item because it is faulty or damaged we will pay for the posting costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ (style, colour, size) returns or exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the item name and order number. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
